$1200 per week + $75 Cleaning Fee

Security Deposit Information
$500.00 is due for security deposit immediately upon booking.
Cabin will be inspected upon departure to make sure:
Cabin was not smoked in
There was no damage to inside, outside or contents
All trash is removed
No items are missing
All furniture put back in place
Turn of all electrical appliances and lights upon departure, and turn down thermostat to 45 if used
Security will be returned within 10 days of departure less any damage or extra cleaning fee.

The Caretaker’s Cabin is one of the buildings in the Great Camp Fieldstone compound. It is nestled in the forest close to the beautiful north shore of Fourth Lake, enjoying its own private dock and swim area. It sleeps 4.
Fieldstone is an historic Adirondack Great Camp and has been in private ownership, unavailable to renters, for over 115 years. The property is approached by a long, meandering gravel drive that suggests something grand awaits at the end as you weave your way through the mature forest leading up to the waterfront compound that is known as ‘Fieldstone.’
Partial & Full Property Rental
The Caretaker’s Cabin can also be rented with the The Lodge, & The Lake House for a partial or full property rental that accommodates up to 34 people in beds (not including pullouts and air mattresses). Campers only permitted with Full Property Rental.

Please bring your own towels & linens. Pillows and blankets are supplied. Bed is equipped with comforter. Linens are available for a $15.00 fee.
Guests are responsible for leaving the premises clean and orderly upon departure. Please sweep floors, wash and put away dishes, pick-up inside and outside of home, and return any furniture that was moved to its original position. All trash and recyclables are to be removed from the property. There is a transfer station at the bottom of McCauley Mt. to drop off trash. Please care for our house in the same manner you would yours.
Certain pets are welcome for an additional $100.00 fee. Please call to discuss. Allowance of pets is at the discretion of owners. Any damage or additional cleaning needs will be at renter’s expense, and you will forfeit a portion of the security deposit.
No smoking is permitted in or around any building at Fieldstone. If you must smoke, please do it safely away from the buildings, and remove all cigarette butts from the premises.
