Security Deposit Information
$1500.00 is due for security deposit immediately upon booking.
- House will be inspected upon departure to make sure:
- House was not smoked in
- There was no damage to inside, outside or contents
- All trash is removed
- No items are missing
- All furniture put back in place
- Turn off all electrical appliances and lights upon departure, and turn down thermostat to 45 if used
Security will be returned within 10 days of departure less any damage or extra cleaning fee.

Lake House has a dining area with an unparalleled view over Fourth Lake and a comfortable and inviting living room with an enormous wood stove and a warm, Adirondack feel. Other rooms on the first floor include 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a kitchen with island bar seating and a breakfast nook. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 full bathroom. Lake House opens onto a magnificent stone patio overlooking Fourth Lake.
The lakeside property is approached by a long, meandering gravel drive that suggests something grand awaits at the end as you weave your way through the mature forest leading up to the waterfront compound that is known as ‘Fieldstone’. Your Adirondack dream vacation awaits you!
Full Property Rental
The Lake House can be rented together with The Lodge full property rental that accommodates up to 25 people in beds. Campers only permitted with Full Property Rental.

Cancellation Policy
Please bring your own towels & linens for kitchen, bath & bedrooms. Pillows and blankets are supplied. All beds are equipped with comforters. Linens are available for a $15.00 fee per bed.
Guests are responsible for leaving the premises clean and orderly upon departure. Please sweep floors, wash and put away dishes, pick-up inside and outside of home, and return any furniture that was moved to its original position. All trash and recyclables are to be removed from the property. There is a transfer station at the bottom of McCauley Mt. to drop off trash. Please care for our house in the same manner you would yours.
Certain pets are welcome for an additional $100.00 fee. Please call to discuss. Allowance of pets is at the discretion of owners. Any damage or additional cleaning needs will be at renter’s expense, and you will forfeit a portion of the security deposit.
No smoking is permitted in or around any building at Fieldstone. If you must smoke, please do it safely away from the buildings, and remove all cigarette butts from the premises.
100% refund of security deposit if canceled at least 120 days before arrival date.
